Please write application form first then bring your broken product to our maintenance department after our telephone confirmation.

Please call maintenance department of GeeGo Education (02-2711-6373) to inquire maintenance schedule with your registration name and phone number.

• Detection fee: We will charge each detection fee that costs NT$600 (tax included) before maintaining your product. Result will be reported to you after detection. The expense of follow-up technical maintenance and consumable replacement is upon request afterwards.
• Maintenance fee: According to the technique and time cost based on evaluation of detective result, we charge maintenance fee based on three levels: low, medium and high. All manufacturers and students associated with GeeGo Systems will receive another special discount.
• Others: Consumable fee and delivery fee are upon request in details afterwards.

• Please backup your data and application before delivering your broken product. It is not our duty to maintain your data integrity.
• We are not responsible for the damage resulted by inappropriate protection during the delivery of broken product.
• After your maintained product is sent back to GeeGo Education, please receive it within thirty days. We are not responsible for custody.
