When I wrote this acknowledgement, it appeared the image in my mind that I entered into GeeGo Systems formerly. Before 2005, all network devices including router, switch and firewall of our company were maintained by contracted manufacturer and the maintenance expense in one year was almost up to one million. As a result, our MIS engineers were often blamed by manager. Boss always asked us one question, “If we cannot maintain these devices by ourselves, why do I have to hire you?” Therefore, I started to look for educational training institute for my further studying. However, I originally came to GeeGo Systems just because of an occasional opportunity.

At that time I’ve received EDM of this institute for several times so I decided to give it a try. It seemed very small in my first looking and I began to suspect whether it was an educational training institute because a typical educational institute should be very large in my stereotype. At first, Mr. Fang, the course chief of GeeGo Systems, showed their equipments to me. Suddenly I was deeply impressed to their computer room that only appears in telecom company. He told me they don’t build large classroom because all courses are small class instruction so that the instructor can master the learning efficiency of all students in depth. The computer room is exactly designed to establish a real work environment for students. More importantly, they don’t focus on proportion of passing paper license but more on teaching and learning quality. They also hope GeeGo students can represent their true value in industry.

Besides, I’m a picky person, especially regarding learning essential knowledge. Thus, with my suspect, I just deposited $1000 for registering CCNA training course at first. However, in the first course, my instructor clearly explained network fundamentals, especially the introduction to OSI reference model. It also revised many incorrect concepts of mine formerly.

Although I cannot maintain the network devices of our company comprehensively right now, the strong concepts obtained in this course make me able to not be cheated by contracted manufacturer so as to save much unnecessary maintenance expense. I expect that one day I can comprehensively control and maintain the network devices of our company. On the other hand, my colleagues also majored in the same course in another educational institute but their obtained knowledge was not so correct. We often see many educational institutes that announce they own a business of sacrifice and conscience but we would never know whether they truly follow such purpose. In my opinion, education should be a business of which the owner possesses positive attitude of teaching so that students can apply what they learned in everywhere.
