• After registration please carefully read the confirming message on E-mail sent from Pearson VUE Test Center.
• If you do not receive confirming message the day before examination, please contact Pearson VUE Test Center (0800-666-022).
• If you want change or cancel examination, please inform before three working days and contact Pearson VUE Test Center in person before 6:00 p.m. [TW] UTC+8.
• After registration please confirm whether it is available two days before examination.
• Examinee should not be absent without any reasonable excuses otherwise affording test expense without refund.

• Test expense is often changeable. Please refer your test subjects to original manufacturer announcement.
• If you register on Pearson VUE Test Center website, please pay up via online credit card payment before examination.

• Please bring two copies of government-issued photo-ID card such as Citizen ID Card, medical insurance card, driver’s license or passport.
• Please be absent punctually at your examination time. Examinee who is late for 15 minutes will lose test qualification and afford test expense without refund.
• Before examination please carefully read test regulations and sign agreement. If for any questions, please ask for your proctor.
• Any violations such as plagiarism or communication toward test content should be strictly prohibited during examination. Any properties (including food, drink, and translator) are also not allowed. If necessary, electronic receiver is approved toward specific examination depending on regulations. If examinee violates regulations and refuse to follow the instructions of proctors, we have rights to cancel test qualification and inform Pearson VUE for further correction.
• Proctor has absolute authority to master regulations.
• We only provide two pieces of paper and one pen for examinee before examination and they should be given back after examination.
• The system will immediately print out test results for record after examination.
